Welcome, this section is for health professionals with an interest in stop smoking or smokefree homes training. We offer training to all frontline staff who are keen to support Smokefree Rotherham and share an interest in Public Health. Training plays an important role in developing the opportunities to help and support people to either stop smoking or make their home smokefree.

The stop smoking training has two levels and staff must complete level 1 before going on to level 2. The smokefree homes training will offer staff the opportunity to consider alternatives if patients are not ready or willing to stop smoking. No medical training is required to attend either level of training and both support Smokefree Rotherham.
